Baby girl, what you know about death? What you know is what I sold you. You bought it on your mama’s nickel. Baby girl what you know about hell? What you know is what I showed you.  All pretty faces living the dream. No rhyme or reason just survival and broken smiles. When I look at you I see pure cocaine cut with broken glass ground to a fine powder, so appealing at first glance but once I consume of you, you consume me right back. Instant regret. Pale thing, bloody cough, bloody hack. Baby girl what you know about death, you let those dead boys lie in your bed? You let those devils paint pictures in your head baby girl what you know about hell is what I sold ya. Sweet misery and nightmare kisses. I think it’s safe to say I fell in love with your bone collection and jar on teeth. True infatuation. Imagination made flesh. Baby girl,….what you know about death? Kick off your shoes and rest awhile.
