Poem
Oh soothsayers of Beth El who prophesy in the name of Jehovah but disregard the commands of his Son you who have appointed your own selves as keepers of my vineyard Have I not sent my own servants the servants of him appointed to be King who with tender Love begged you for justice but like your fathers before you you have slain them to stop up my Word. Do you think in your hearts we have become the owners of the vineyard and all her fruit is ours Does not the whole cosmos belong to its owner that you should think to put my Word into chains fashioned by the hands of men My Word will turn where I will it and nothing you can fashion will restrain it the judge is standing even before the door and the cries of the sheep have reached his ear Those who refuse to bow before his presence will certainly be crushed until dust See now to the Glory of my Son to whom every generation will do obeisance His Light is the Life of Men You have seated your own selves as Heads of His table but it is my Son who is its rightful Owner see now to the messages sent by the witness of His Own servants Will those who mock my entreaties to wear the garments provided for the wedding of the King go unnoticed as surly as you have not dressed yourselves in the garments he has provided you yourselves will be rejected entry into the halls of Glory When will you seek understanding Know this riddle "When the Light shines all that is darkness disappears" Was not hatred declared a work of the flesh yet you have filled the Table with words despicable to my Heart When will you Listen you were given the finest Teacher Life could Buy when will his Word enter your heart when will what is precious become a delight to your souls Every day my Word goes forth Every day his Words entreat Every day they are sent to bind up the wounded to comfort the broken to make clear all the paths of Life of righteousness Was not the collection taken up for the poor , but you take them up and fill your own table and even with all this you make usury of my own servants How have you fallen Your luxurious living is a testament of your penury in understanding Oh how the mighty will fall before Truth the cries have reached the Temple and the fires of the censor are ready the flame of which will cleanse my house of all its impurities until the Light of the King is the True Beacon in the Darkness.
