My son he now rules our land.
A great tyrant for a king.
He has made his decrees known;

shake hands with no the other 
Lest he grabs and sentences you to death.
this my fathers' fathers' fathers and I did without fear.

Yes we love the dead, 
Respect the dead,
Care for the dead 
and leave living men suffering.
When I die today, my son,
Yea you can mourn me
but let no man wash me.
Let none lay me in state
clad in expensive clothes 
my living form never merited.
 
If you dare touch my corpse 
the king will order for your slaughter.

My son, here are goats
sheep, chicken and cattle 
Why swirve obstacles through the wild 
hunting monkeys and bats?
Dare eat any,
and our new king will hang you.

There's no need live in fear 
Let's pray he's destooled by the whites
as they did to nananom of old 

He abolished our culture 
But my son.
