Who will “Come Out” for Jesus?

I often wonder; “do people know what life is about?”
As I hear about another person who’s “coming out.”

They often talk about “coming out” with “nothing to hide.”
And often talk with much boastfulness and pride.

The news media is often quick to make this the “breaking news.”
But in the end, they’ve become very “confused!”

The Bible says we’ve all sinned and fallen short of God’s glory.
I know that this will not make the news, or the local story.

It also talks about sin and the sinful depravity of man.
In the last days, there’ll be a wickedness throughout the land!

It talks about as in the days of Noah, so it’ll be as today!
Where many of the Godly morals will be 
“tossed and thrown away.”

If someone is “coming out.”  
Perhaps they should go back in.
And ask God to cleanse and forgive them of every sin.

I decided to come out for Jesus!  Will you join me?
I want to be an example of his holiness 
and how much he loves me!

The kind of life the Bible designed, is the best one for me!
The righteousness and holiness of God,
 is the best thing for me!

I’m proud of Jesus!  But not of the things that I’ve done.
I need forgiveness of the blood of God’s precious son!

To be honest with you...  I’m ashamed of the way I’ve lived!
I need to be cleansed by God! And his power to forgive!

Thank you Jesus for cleansing my life
 from the inside out!
You are God!  And you’re what life is all about!
