Hope


Sometimes it takes just one to help another
Then at times, a whole village can help someone's sister or brother
Believe that no one is better than,
And that it is always important to lend a hand

At the very edge of that waning hour
When there are no fruits and the trees refuse to flower
The dawn of a new day is about to come,
Give a little love, a little joy, give some

When there is no food to eat and it is cold outside
No shelter from the storm, no place to run and no cave in which to hide
Have faith, believe in miracles, something is about to change.
Reach for the soul, find the heart, things go up and down this range.

Nothing remains the same, there comes a transition.
Sadness, happiness, needs go up and down, searching for position.
In life, fate is always moving, bending, twisting and turning.
What happens, good or bad, is something well worth learning.

At times the road weaves back and forth like a drunken sailor.
Get up, do something, the suit is now fitted by the tailor.
Be humble in that suit, the cloth is made by the Master Weaver.
A suit of armor and of great power, now reside in the believer.

Touchdown in the Hudson, everyone is alive and is touched by his Majesty
Calm and with nerves of steel, pilot reverts from certain tragedy.
Two men on the subway tracks, trains move, but men are saved from death.
Time moves backwards to the period of Jesus and the family Seth.

To arm oneself with respect, hope charity and humility,
Is to be touched by an angel, unending, heavenly power, great agility.
Strange happenings, great expectations, in the coming days,
Signs, great miracles and wonders from the sky, in so many ways.
