Men of Islam, why do you kill? 
For religions enforcing will
Thru rhetoric and words of men 
Interpretations profound in them 

But just their vision, all they see 
No truth in hatred, chained, unfree
For God or Allah, what's in a name 
The one deity, all the same 

Do you believe that he asks sin 
From those who wish to worship him?
Or is that just what some do see 
As a means to gain eternity?

One Kingdom is what we will share 
Just as one earth is ours to bear 
No book, Bible, Koran or page 
Encourages such killing rage 

Words are twisted, their meanings burn 
Man simply doesn't hear or learn 
For the soul of man is unpure 
Egos, greed, held fast in its store 

Motives, quests, to further a cause 
Are glories of men, not God's Laws 
For it would never be his will 
To encourage man to hate or kill

Blood spilled upon the hardened land 
Hatred filled pyramids of sand 
All castles built to worship men 
Violence, bullets, man's best friend 

Religion's cloak worn well by man 
Woman's voices too afraid to demand 
So walk silently in your quake 
Hating but enduring men's mistake 

Bearing children, new future's voice 
Watching sadly at their only choice 
Molded staunchly in father's way 
Generations suffer, who will pay?

Men of Islam, look deep inside 
See where evil chooses to hide 
Raise your children to see the sun 
Not judge and mistrust everyone 

Look beneath religion's fine garb 
To see what monsters sling such barb 
As a snake, coiled ready to strike 
Future feels religions harsh bite 

Men of Islam, lift holy veil 
For it but covers men so frail 
Offering shelter and disguise
A place for evils growth and lies
