The thought of discusion emancipates,
Fear an self sabbatoge get thrown out the gates,
The gates in my mind have rejected these distractions,
An longer will get a rise out of me or any reactions....

They need to be banished an need to be gone,
I cant let them back in or i'll  be singing the same song,
A song of the past of trying to be released
Of the #1 demon in my mind an it's beast....

You better look out an you better beware,
If your having these struggles you ought to prepare,
Dont fall to fast or go in to deep,
Or before you know it you'll be fast asleep....

You'll sleep forever on a bed of fire,
And continue asking them if there up for hire,
So keep them out an always be true,
So your friends an family wont lose you....

We need to be here an need to be strong,
Courage an willpower have been there all along,
