Poem
I stood at the window on a gloomy night staring at the enchanting night sky, My head dropped for a second and my eyes filled with tears, I'd hope the stars would hear my cries and make them disappear, But they didn't, I often stood outside and sat on the fresh spring's grass, And share my thoughts with nature hoping that all this hurt and pain would be transferred or somehow go away. Sometimes I felt they understood me-the trees I mean ,they swayed and whistled like they heard what I had to say, Feel my pain,Hear my thoughts. I felt the wind surround me with a sudden chill ,it felt like an embrace telling me everything was gonna be okay, I question myself everyday "would this pain ever go away?" As I felt the walls closing in around me, The negative forces trapped me ,held me like a slave , Refusing to set me free, determined that if I rose I would fall again, Sometimes when I would go walking on the beach at nights pacing myself on the sandy shores , I stared at the ocean and I would stand there for a moment and all my tears and pain would trickle down my face, It would fall on the mystic waters then they were washed into the sea far away, I thought to myself I hoped it would get lost in time never to come back to me, It's weird though it's as if nature hears me ,sees me and help me cope , Cope with the pain, be free from hurting myself more, Be free from thinking that this it'a not the end , There is more,More good things to come. And I felt relieved, relieved that maybe there is a bigger picture,a reason unknown, A purpose for me I don't know. Whatever it was i felt it ,i hears it.
