Poem
The morning filled with beauty and luster creeps slowly under the mangrove tree and anchored along the tropical coast where the skies, sea and my lover frequently meet. Something unusual was going on there that disperse tension in the atmosphere and the shrubs planted along the shores breeds a kind of bird that make their homes there and cause your spirit to fear. Day-breaks like lightening jumping from the roof and the penguins emerge from the mangrove trees and fill the coast with their presence; they walk up and down the restless sea and the waves began to speak to me. They coached upon rocks and some lay bare on the wet sand and they took on the features of man wearing tailored made jackets for mercenaries profits; hundreds of them gathered on the shore to commence a meeting about a recent murder by the sea. They flap their wings and fly from branches to tree and sit on rocks and complain about the other birds wearing frocks and they create havoc by the shore, until my heart could not take it no more and so I walked away and I kept walking until the break of day. I stopped by the grocery store looking for something to eat, with no money in my pocket or shoes on my feet and, I saw them walking down the street mingling with the people we meet. They walk around with protruded guts stuffed with gossip and bright eyes staring at me with the wisdom of the blind and ear canal filled with wax blocking the right message from passing through and strings loaded with seditious message that elevates their fear. I have no clue who was speaking to them but all I can tell is that it makes the evil thoughts rise up in them and the man called David that was after the God’s heart had to leave city and run when the evil spirit rouse up in King Saul’s heart. He escape through a broken window pane and spend days hiding in caves for Saul’s anger was full to the brim and so the story ends with Saul falling on his own sword and at last David was able to sit on throne and Saul’s vengeance regurgitate from his throat before he gave up the ghost. Evil is dressed in a tailor-man suit and wearing a well-made pair of leather shoe, its beards are sharp and its face is like a looking glass .It has been trying to destroy us from our youth but the power of the universe guiding us and is always protecting us and no evil shall befall us. Beware of evil dressed in tailor-made suits , you must provide protection for the youths.
