If you love someone, set them free...
Whether children leaving the nest or friendships that last across continents... Love is forever... Even when we're apart. 

We hold hands and leap tall buildings

I don't want to lose you
But I can't see another way 
You have to be free and true to you
It's not right for you to stay 

It's time for you to spread your wings
It's time for you to fly 
I never want you to feel caged
I'll love you and hug you goodbye 

Because goodbye is not forever 
Goodbye is just for now 
Hold my hands and feel the energy 
We are connected through our powers 

Nothing is impossible 
The universe is magical and vast
We'll always be in touch, my love
Remember our love is built to last 

The foundation of our relationship 
Trust and kindness and empathy 
Emotions and hearts entwined 
We love with joy and the purest feelings 

We've always had each other's backs 
We know that there is strength in cohesion 
We never let anyone get between us 
We know relationships are life's meaning 

Because no one can make it on their own
Everyone needs love and kindness 
Everyone needs a cheerleader 
Everyone needs support at times

We build each other up 
We hold hands and leap tall buildings 
We are superheroes and unstoppable 
We don't see limits, only willingness 

Whether apart or together 
We'll be there through the years 
A touchstone and magical connection 
Creating laughter, tending tears

So, as you walk your journey 
Remember that you are never alone
I'm across the world but with you in spirit 
I'll leave the light on until you're home
