My bloody lovely Valentine,
This year, let me cross the line.
Throughout the restless months, 
My dreams are holding you in my mind. 

Making me want to make this Valentine's Day,
Into something more bold, dark, twisted, yet bright.
Because my love I want you to be my bloody lovely Valentine.

No twelve dozen roses to wilt and fade,
Nor sucky cards with phrases pre-made.
Cause I’ll never rely on that stinky art,
Instead, I’ll gift you with my beating heart.

I won’t leave you guessing where I stand,
I’ll carve the truth about my love with my very own two hands.
In granite stone, I’ll chisel deep,
A monument to the vows I will plan to keep.

I will chain, and tie myself in ribbons and bows,
And hand you the key to lock, and close just to keep me next to you.
I will make this valentines day different from all the rest,
This Valentine’s day, my love is clear.

A festival of hearts and will,
A dozen pulses in a rhythmically beat.
Each thumping proof of my love, 
A feast of hearts, for me and you.

Don’t fret, my dear, as passions rise,
I’ll bring delight to your hungry eyes.
With chocolate strawberries, sweet and ripe,
And bloody steak, our perfect treat.

Beneath the flicker of candle lit fire,
I’ll stroke your passion and your desire.
No burn from love, no scorched regret,
Just flames that burn that you will never forget.

A masterpiece, the world will see,
The boundless depths of you and me.
With pen dipped in love’s crimson,
I’ll write our story in my blood.

And when the night whispers its sweet lullaby,
A bloody reckoning, with passion’s drum.
Grab Mr. Teddy Bear and hold him tight, 
As I softly ask you  'To be mine?'
