Poem
Inspired by Mel Robbins' "Let Them" approach. This is challenging for me because I tend to want to help people from struggling with stuff but I have to learn to let them fail, fall and learn. The road to Hell is paved with our good intentions. What do you think? Let them By Michelle Morris 04/12/2024 If someone wants to burn their life to the ground Let them If they want to sleep around Let them If they want to drink too often Let them If they want to be horribly rotten Let them If they want to be deceitful Let them If they want to support evil Let them If they want to ignore the signs Let them If they want to ruin their lives Let them If they want to gossip about others Let them If they want multiple lovers Let them If they want to buy an outrageous car Let them If they want to run around starkers Let them If they want to change their address Let them If they want to leave a mess Let them If they want to get married multiple times Let them If they want to be resigned Let them If they want to be haters Let them If they want to be fatalists Let them If they want to scream and shout Let them If they want to be devout Let them If they want to live in silence Let them If they want to condone violence Let them If they want to believe in nothing Let them If they want to choose suffering Let them Ultimately, the best thing you can do Is to allow others to live their Truth No matter how much you want to help Remember that it's often the road to Hell © Michelle Morris, 2024
