As we journey through our daily lives, it can be easy to get caught up in the busyness and distractions of the things of this world. However, as one who TRUST is in the LORD, we are called to live a life that is pleasing to God. Today, let us reflect on the powerful verses from the book of Ephesians that reminds us of this important calling. Ephesians 1:3-10 saying, (NIV) “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who HAS blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ…” Reflection: Paul encourages us to continue living in a way that pleases God. These verses reminds us that God has already blessed us in the heavenly realms with EVERY spiritual blessing in Christ. We have been adopted to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with His pleasure and will, to the praise of His glorious grace, which He has freely given us in the one He loves. In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the RICHES of God’s grace that He LAVISHED on us. With all wisdom and understanding, He made known to us the mystery of His will according to His good pleasure, which He purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment to bring unity to all things in HEAVEN and on EARTH under Christ. Prayer: Dear heavenly Father, help us to always seek to please You in all that we do. Give us the strength and wisdom to make choices that honor You and reflect Your love to those around us. May our lives be a testimony of Your grace and goodness. Action Step: Today, take some time to reflect on your daily choices and actions. Are you living in a way that pleases God? Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you in making decisions that align with God's will. Let us strive to live each day with a heart that seeks to honor and glorify our Heavenly Father. I hope and pray that what I am trying to say makes sense to you who are listening. Tell me your thoughts on this matter and may your day continue being blessed.
