Glowing in the spirit, clearly wise, forever alive…

Jasmine clings to the night, edging each heartbeat
In rhythmic letters – softly playing, rustling
Wistful as angel’s wings, coloring the spirit in song,
Reminders that love lasts forever, always, eternal
Pouring out its winsome grace on every soul,
Melting the yesterdays with a hope that craves light,
Nestled in the flames of a melody, unsung
By nature’s gentle laughter, healing and hesitant,
Hosting the original warmth of autumn’s flamboyant
Dream, awakening the stirrings of forever in the seeds
Flavored by rustic shouts from the oaks and maples,
Hesitating to leave their poetry all around,
Just as suddenly as the rain moans its promises
Through the silence, gentling the night,
Praising the love who was sent down from above,
Love born of a wonderful never broken,
By the darkness, the hues of a whistled news,
	the gospel, lifting, never hesitant
melodious and bold, like the heartbroken knowing
That comes to those who hold a hope, forgiven,
Like the shadows, the secrets, the serenity that stays,
A stillness from the forest, truthful as the wind,
Staying like grace, always wistful but just so gentle
Feeding the wrens, the trees, the souls,
 with second chances
just believe, see through the autumn’s frost,
Into the promises of a forever still, always – arising
Beyond the moon who glows, quieting the sun,
Hastening to stir the heavens with a tune, stardust
Joy lingering on the horizon, flowing, poignant, a gesture…
Touching the heart, the soul, the spirit who is His.
