Search & you'll find that brilliance
comes to the surface
of every wave he surfs
You can find him on a beach
somewhere in your
mind where
every grain of sand
is a representative of time
There the hours pass as if
there's no hourglass
keeping track of the shape
of time slipping away
In a way his feelings are like oceans
but deeper & more complex
than the forming
of tidal waves
When he's blue there's no darker
hue than those murky
depths he's accustomed
to & it shows
Conversely his sunny disposition
is like crystal clear
still water that flows
unapologetically deep
He's oceans apart from what 
you're used to & what he's 
"supposed" to be
so he's often taken
out of context
If you pay attention to clues
you'll see & realize
his message is more clear
than seas that you
think are blue
He's waving to you through
channels many can see
but only a few
will view with open eyes
When you look into his eyes
all you see is 
the intensity of
the waves he rides
