Poem
This man, a space technologist, got tired of seeing everyday to his dismay, the scarlet sun rise and the crimson sun set, always felt that time tore away life’s green leaves when it crept past him. So, he resolved to capture time that he thought flew to eternity on the flight of fleeting butterfly with wings of ordained design, and motif of enigmatic symmetry, over the yellow field of swinging sunflowers, across the yonder blue hills to the timeless hazy horizon. He ran through the blooming field, searched the prime petals of the yellow flower for the butterfly, in case it had landed there, and he could catch time, it won’t then fly away. He would then decide when the sun should rise, how long it should stay shining, before the night emerged from the edge of day, when he could dream the dulcet dreams as long as he wanted. Out of his sight the butterfly flew away, for he couldn’t run fast enough in the twilight zone, he could never catch it how hard he tried, he knew. So, he designed a super spacecraft that could zoom at the speed of light, and as he traveled time, reached his infancy in the memorable past, he found him as a child flying paper planes, that chased butterflies, he couldn’t catch. The planes crashed and the butterflies flew away. While cruising in the deep outer space, for unknown technical fault he couldn’t rectify, the spacecraft lost the velocity, and he returned to the present, found himself in the trap of the time-space warp that dragged him into a black hole, which sucked him within the infinite gravity field of the timeless domain, and transported him to another universe.
