Poem
Gaze from my balcony I stand in serene reverie. A visualisation of reflective streams, a teardrop to stir bubbles in circles. A panoramic view of my neighbourhood, faint laughter, children arguing, streets bustling with cars. A wave of the stars poking through the dark clouds, a chant of meditation with visions crystal clear. Thoughts of distance soared. Life, health, strength. A peck from the sun to my cheeks, bolted with heat, an exhaustion like a burn to my being. Entrance of spring chills makes me grin. Amidst the chaos, battles, needs, losses and failures, a sacred feeling emanates where my heart beats in twos. A divine blend of graces at dusk, I align with my soul's course. Ruttle of leaves on withered trees, a flash of birds flip up the sky, a time of families, fellowship and ceremonies. Individuality and candle lights. Affirmations of protection and empowerment, a ritual in astral planes, I cheer with guardian angels and wisdom keepers. Not in perfection yet, the difference, mops in love, kindness, and hope. Situated next to the moon with her legs crossed above, aiming on-site to shoot. Every day a new yellow pad with pages of peace and silent glory where my spirit drives on Wheeless journeys. Where floating lamps of promises birthed healing. A stir to my faith, my fate leans conscious. Rain showers twice in 3 months, scarce like truths, the heat steams, a drops from within. Procrastination of projects stare all day as my frames do but I lay in a gentle embrace, I find solace. The choreography of flowers in tunes on a stage so pure, they bloom. A glow so green, it nurtures, hovers through the orange sunset, so helpless it breeds magic. I listen to the drums of dreams and inner lights, a scent in synchronization, it heals in significance, an awakening of gifted plants and herbs. A time I share in delight of my loved ones. To strangers, I lend a hand, a bite or two. To my enemies, an endless cheer to keep them closer. Staggered by fierce breeze driving through my skin, I watch the setting of cosmos and rainbow bridges, flowing in frequencies above. A shake of aurora borealis and australis in yantras of discovery and gratitude, I perch In peace as the world shivers in cease. Eyes shut but fragments of vast universal energy I see. A moment transcendent, so subtle, I linger free from every bite.
