In my head
I cant help the things I have done 
I can't take it back but I do regret what I said
You see this from the perspective of your world 
But thats not applicable cause I ain't there 

It' is not the darkness that scares me
The days are ok when I get out of bed
Maybe one day I can make you see
I'm not coming at you im just in my head 

I believe it when people say I'm better off dead
And I rather die then take medication
It makes me something I'm not or nothing at all
If that's what the doctor would suggest know I said
It not for me im not a runner no sedation

If you can hear my voice can you feel my words
It's not easy to convey my soul
But its something I really need to show
Please don't use it to take control

I have been a million places all that has been what lead
Me to the reasoning of my interpretation 
Of any and and all situations 
So see my logic flawed it's not you I'm just in my head
