Poem

Once a wokness held my thoughts, i know it now
By the name much taught..' I wore its form and
Mores;  its style' unbeknown to so many i carresed
Its wiles..' a hard religious mould created. i was
Aloof and distant, yet most frustrated.' I wanted
Perfection i rehersed the steps..I conversed with the
Devil.?? On better or worse, I blamed the Lord i
Harboured hate, for I was better; and undeserving a
Fate..Of walking with the unclean horde; of so many
Witless, all in full discord.' I didn't; wouldn't look for
Hope, its very essence i regarded a hoax, i was i guess
A lukewarm man? despised of God, the great ( I Am )
Whose greatness cloaked in humble form persevered
To the finish on splintered boards who ate with sinners
And healed the lame gave sight and hope the eternal
Kind..Who walked beside me, no doubt for years.' To
Take away my angst and fear the sense of right' that i'd
Created False and godlike, and with such berated the
Very people, day and night who needed Love that the world
Can't know.' and instead of such much dissention sows.'
