Climb upon my back, my dear
Come fly with me and have no fear
My wings are strong, I'm comfortable
I'll find smooth air and beautiful
Skies of blue and clouds so bright
They'll turn turn to day what time says night

Now you just sleep and when you wake
We'll land upon a mountain lake
With water cool and crystal clear
I'll bring us over to the pier
We'll spread a picnic blanket out
The world outside will be shutout

We'll take a nap right after lunch
Just us two, I have a hunch
That I may want to hold your hand
Our feet together in the sand
And later when we wake again
I'll use my finger like a pen

And write your name inside a heart
By water's edge I'll draw beach art
Since there's no tide upon a lake
There'll be no reason to remake
My drawing with your name inside
Forever there it will reside
