Let your actions be your guide in all that you do,
By making your best be good enough for you.
Never be guilty of all the things you should have done,
Make time to listen to your child and have a lot of fun.
Put your best foot forward despite of how you may feel,
You are a mirror to your child so being positive is a big deal.
Take the time to pause and reconnect with your child if you must,
Show them that you truly care and you will always earn their trust.
Speak as calmly as you can even when you want to explode,
Think about how it will make  you feel later down the road.
Have a positive mindset and be careful  what you say,
Always remember that your child is watching you today.
Find ways to  encourage and increase your child’s esteem,
Give them your full support and let them know it is okay to dream.
Love  them even when they do  things that are wrong,
This will  help them tomorrow to be  so strong.
Never let them feel guilty or shame them in a crowd,
Speak to them gently , it's okay not to be loud.
Reinforce the positive things they do from year to year,
Let all your children know that you truly care.
Tell them it is okay to express themselves freely,
Build their self confidence  today or later you will pay dearly.
The eyes of every child is on  every parent  all around,
And being positive parents today, tomorrow treasure can be found.
Never give up or  should your abilities you ever doubt,
Accepting nothing less than the best for yourself is what it must be about.
What they see and hear today will either  bring them joy or sorrow,
So rise up with positive parenting today and impact all generations tomorrow.
