Ego evokes the nature’s lure
Peace with God is the only cure

Pride destroys all the heart’s best dreams
Promising answers for life’s schemes
Breathless prayers right and ensure

Vanity daunts the sweetest smile
Darkens the heart with its lifestyle
Kindness will make the heart mature

Conceit is merely haughtiness
Despite all the heart’s naughtiness
Faith and love will always endure

Greediness blackens the spirit
Gospel? Listen. Do you hear it?
Love this alive will thrive, make sure

Charity is what we believe
It is love that will not deceive
Nothing in life is more secure
