The time before I marry, a journey to behold,
In search of true love, with hopes in our soul.
The challenges of a young man, ahead of me so bold,
To make a lifetime vow, to cherish and to hold.

The pressure of succeeding, a weight on my back,
An urge to climb high, and keep my life on track.
To reach the top, with success in my sight,
To provide for my partner, with all my might.

The difficulty to find a partner, a search so wide,
A quest to find love, and have it stay by my side.
To understand each other, a task so hard,
To open up our hearts, and let down our guard.

The process of understanding your partner, an art I must craft,
To communicate and agree, and find a common path.
To share our hopes and dreams, to laugh and to cry,
To journey through life, as we cherish the sky.

The uphill task of planning the marriage, a tale so grand,
To make it memorable, with moments so unplanned.
To choose a venue, a dress, and a cake,
And make sure our wedding, is no mistake.

The expectation of society, a burden we must bear,
To conform and adjust, to fit in if we dare.
To do what's right, according to their sight,
And make sure we don't compromise, to avoid any fight.

The fear of making a lifetime mistake, a worry so grave,
To choose the wrong partner, a risk we can't waive.
To question our judgment, and doubt our choice,
To make sure we're happy, and never lose our voice.

The time before I marry, a journey so long,
To find my other half, and where I belong.
To make a lifetime vow, to love and to cherish,
And build a life together, that will never perish.
