Wave a wand By Michelle Morris 08/11/2022 If I could wave a wand and create magic I'd weave a spell so fantastic That every boy and every girl And every creature in this world Would live to love and love to live And love to give and give much love So that peace and mercy would be mercifully peaceful And that grace and hope would create hope for grace If I could wave a wand and create magic I'd create a world of Utopian fantasy Where kindness and compassion Would be given kindly and that We'd all appreciate every being compassionately So that the beauty of Earth would be restored The North Pole would be frozen and the polar bears would be in awe The Amazon would be lush and green in its glory The temperatures would be ideal and the oceans wouldn't raise two storeys The islands would be protected and the skies would be free from pollution Debts would be forgiven and all sinners given absolution If I could wave a wand and create magic Innocent men would be free and free men would be innocent Nations would be equal and equality would be a given Politics would serve people and people would be served Governments would work together and together we'd all work If I could wave a wand and create magic I'd have us all embrace our deepest, brightest aspects For we are all interconnected and the Universe connects us We are all so magical and it's our magic that lights up everything For we are everything and everything is energy If I could wave a wand and create magic Such magic would I weave For we are all magical Magical blessed beings © Michelle Morris, 2022
