Woman, Life, Freedom…

Woman, Life, Freedom…

Woman, life, and freedom are the slogans.
For each country, the people are its organs.
We are part of a whole; we call it our world.
Cruelty, tyranny, cannot be untold. 
The soil of land of Iran is full of filth. 
We need someone to plow and do its own tilth.
Women, burning hijabs for people to see.
Reminding to the world it’s time to be free.
They cannot sing or dance; drinking is a sin.
Their hair must be covered, and most of their skin.
The land of Cyrus is now being plundered.
Spent my nights awake, and I have wondered.
What will be happening to it the next day?
If we all close our eyes and look other way.
They kill under the name of God and Islam
They beat people and shoot them but remain calm.
Reminding everyone, freedom is a must.
Without it, we’re nothing, just a handful of dust.
