I was not going to publish this until the 20th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist events that have changed the USA and its place in the World. I began and finished writing it this morning. You may not believe it, as I see it, but you should consider what you do believe and take action. To be complacent, and remain detached, is to soon change this country,  the first ever, founded on personal freedom, to one with the hand of big brother controlling all we do. Think about it..... WAKE UP AMERICA!!!

Twenty Years of Terror

On nine one one, back in oh one, the tall twin towers fell.
Downed by Mid Eastern terrorists who brought us living hell.
Using two hijacked airliners, full of passengers and all,
Downed the towers in Manhattan, flew into them, made them fall.

There were two other missions  on that nine – eleven day.
As the towers crashed into the earth, they were both well on their way.
One slammed into the Pentagon, our major military site.
Also flown by terrorists in their suicidal flight.

Last one headed for the White House, that's what many people say.
Heroes stopped that mission, in a PA  field that day.
The USA, surprise attacked, not by some country we could fight,
But by suicidal terrorists who would take us into night.

Twenty years of  US darkness were then entered by those deeds.
Growing on the fields of history are many governmental weeds.
Osama Bin was Seal Team killed, was supposedly the man.
The end of it is not yet here, though we've left Afghanistan.

The terrorists have had their way, now the leaders of that land.
Striving for some recognition. Are we marching to their band?
We are not now, the who we were, when those tall twin towers fell.
We do our best, to beat ourselves, turning our Heaven into Hell.

Representatives in Washington don't give a damn about the rest.
They're directed by the super rich, don't pass the democratic test.
It's time that We the People bring ourselves into the light.
Join our hands and work together, or it will be, forever night.
