Dear GOD

Know my heart, my mind, my soul
For You, my life is an open door
Lead me through the storms and strife
Remind me of your sacrifice

Know my hope, my faith, my prayer
Always make me fully aware
Of your grace, your light, your love
Every kindness from up above

Know my deepest insights and visions
The dreams that bring me joy and pleasure
Feelings and reflections that guide me on
Toward true peace and enlightenment

Know my needs, the things for which I plead
Direct my steps on the straight and narrow path
Show me how to pray with conviction
Light the way to salvation and contrition

Know my dance with joy and fulfillment
Send your light to shine upon my spirit
Grace my thoughts with tender affection
Draw me into the breath of your kiss

Know my strengths and my weakness
Share your power and wisdom to complete me
Fill me up with a love that lives eternally
And make me know the faith that fills my hunger

Know me, God, - Know my best and worst
Direct my feet on the path of joy and hope
Show me love that is wiser than the silent song
Whisper through my heart, inspiring me to go on
Toward the miracle of new birth and the Son
Who makes my life one I can be content with

Know me, God – Know me… all of me
Listen to my prayer for light that flows through me
Into the hearts that I meet on my way
To share your everlasting love and grace

I praise You, God… And Thank you for your mercy
You gave my heart a second chance
My soul the opportunity to share in faith
