Constantly feeling alone,
Two days of happiness and then again I’m alone,
I want to be loved and wanted,
I want to be a child again, with a mum to love me and a dad to protect me,
We always want what we didn’t have.

Being left with the concept of being alone,
Left on your own or people leaving is nothing new,
When you get used to it, you stop caring you are alone.

In life we need one person, it’s just ourselves.

Thinking you will be lovely mum when you could leave,
How many attempts do I need to make,
I’m still here but if mumma does remember I love you,
It wasn’t you bubba, your mumma has brain issues.

Thrown empty promises that get taken away.
Crying almost daily and wanting to be loved and not on my own,
That’s life, demons in our head, monsters in our beds.
