Q.1.What did the Police do? (Han ge police again)
Q.2.If someone is accused of murder, why his case was not solved immediately?
Q.3.Why did the Inspector General of Police or the administration failed in taking the action against People responsible for that murder?
Q.4.Why was his case pended, sent into cold storage and not finalized?
