Mrs. White, a mother rabbit was screaming for help,
her loud desperate pleas echoed in the forest;
some animals lifted their heads for a moment,
and then, just got back to what they were doing;
but others rushed toward that pathetic sad cry !

The birds came in all sizes with their many tweets,
the scurrying creatures, like squirrels and chipmunks;
the raccoons and beavers came even a turtle came,
Mrs. White was stuck in the mud, she was stuck badly;
oh dear, she cried, my babies are waiting for me !

Two strong crows suggests that they pull by her ears,
and they tried and tried but she did not budge at all;
the squirrels suggested they dig around her back.
and they tried and tried but they almost go stuck too;
then the ground was shaking and a huge moose came !

He pondered the situation and nodded his big head,
bending his head with his horns beside Mrs. White;
Mrs. White grasp hold of my horns and hold tight, 
and she did and he raised his head and stood up high;
with Mrs. White covered with mud but otherwise safe !

He told her to wait and rest a bit and went to the stream,
taking a big drink he came back and sprayed her down;
and all the mud fell away and she was all white again,
thank thank you Sir Moose but now I must go to my babies;
she hopped quick as she could with all the animals following !

And they found the babies safe but very very hungry indeed,
finally, all was well in the forest again and peace reigned !

"The moral of this fable is of kindness and helping others, 
in the story some animals did not come to help, but others
rushed to help no matter how small or how big."
