Inspired by following lines of Unseeking Seeker: What may we do to remain in joyful acceptance, tranquil and sedate? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "When one fully renounces all the desires that have entered the mind, and remains satisfied in the Self alone by the Self, then he is called a man of steady wisdom." Gita chapter 2 Verse 55 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thoughts make man, decide life and personality We are nothing but thoughts in totality World is what we perceive in mind In thoughts our world is confined Most of our thoughts are superfluous What we don't know doesnt exist for us Thoughtlessness is the key to bliss It can take you away from world's abyss When sense organs are focussed on task in front Rather than evanescent thoughts they confront We experience perfection in action and peace All our woes at that instance cease When we do all tasks with thoughtless concentration From kundalini raises up blissful divine vibration To fill up the vacuum created in head Transcending chakras, they gush out of head, We see our soul, experience bliss infinite Nothing bothers us, in own self we delight We become one with God, immortal We are liberated from the world of mortals This is what all meditation course teach Same thing scriptures across globe preach This the real goal of human life This is the only way we can end all strife ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Note: Kundalini in Hinduism is a form of divine feminine energy. It is located at the base of the spine. This energy, when awakened, is believed to lead to spiritual liberation. Date: 1/21/2021 Premier contest winner 9th position
