Garbage In is Garbage Out

Garbage in is garbage out, facts are facts beyond any doubt.
Experts say what you put into your head is what you're all about.
So be careful of what you feed your brain through out the day.
For what and how you appear to others is what you do or say.

Whatever you watch on that television set or computer screen.
Whichever things you see or read in those books or a magazine.
Those bits of gossip a friend whispers in your left or right ear.
All are small little bits of what eventually comes out that's clear.

Movies are another thing we hear and see that goes within our mind.
The Producers, Directors and funding folks don't morally care to find.
All those good stories out there that will build you up within yourself.
They only care about the money it brings into their box office shelf.

Just like a soup that you boil and make upon a dirty hot stove.
The broth is only good if the outcome is that to which you strove.
If rotten veggies and fish with a smelly onion or two is your stew.
Don't expect a good tasting French Bouillabaisse when your through.

Whether it's good or bad the choices we make are totally up to us.
To grow one's self on the truth and the richness of living in the plus.
Or continue in allowing the garbage that rots our minds all the time.
You can take back control and climb out of the gutter's slimy grime.
