I’ve fallen and I can’t get up

So you have fallen and asking for some assistance right?
Do I hear a bird squawking?
Is there anyone there with you beside the parrot? 
is the bird trained in dialing to call 911?
 Okay great, have him call now and you will get help soon. 

Help I am still here on the floor and my phone don’t work.
Can your bird get to an open window to fly to a neighbors house?
Oh, your neighbors are working. Can he sit on the mailbox and
wait for the mailman?
Oh, you only have a PO box. 

Can he go to your car and blow the horn? Oh, your car is at the repair shop.
Is there anyone that will be coming home soon?
Oh, they are all resting at the cemetery. 

Can you get to your tv and pump up the volume real loud.
Oh, you cancelled your cable company last week. 

Gee Mrs. Winslow you are in a tough situation. 
No phone, nobody around, nothing to make sound to alert someone.
Can you turn on the gas stove and maybe someone will smell
the fumes  and come inside to check.
I will stand by, take your time getting to the stove. 

How are you doing?.   I am sorry to hear your parrot flopped due 
to the vapors,  guess there was no window opened huh?

If only you had ‘life alert’ help would have been there immediately. 
Oh, you do have that chain around your neck to push the button,
But it didn’t work because you didn’t replace the battery.
Maybe you could light a match under the smoke alert to sound for help. 
Go ahead, I will stand by..
Hello,, Hello,...   Mrs Winslow?... Are you there?? 
What was that boom I just heard?

Oh my gosh I must call the fire dept, the house blew up.
