*AN ODE TO MY LOVING ANGEL*

Shout out to the super woman in you
That strong and resilient spirit human
Not many women are lucky to have been blessed with it
You're simply a lucky one amongst many
Not just lucky but uncommon
Not just uncommon but unique

Kudos to the Lady that could sail safe in the ocean of my turbulent anger
I doff my cap to that Lady that remained calm even in my deafening silence
Honour be that Lady that lost no single strand of hair when fixing my anomaly 
You tamed the beast in me and forged a man

She bore shames and concealed her pains during my shameless deeds
She bottled her fury and shrank her many agonies in her tiny veins
She held back the fire in her tongue and tightened her fist 
Just to contain the explosion inside of her

She had a thousand words to speak
Yet she looked into my eyes and she could only say a little with her tears
She shivered, yet unshaken. 
Many times she cupped the molten fire and cage it within her ribs
I wonder why she hasn't roasted her heart yet. 

She's beautiful, even in her blue mood
She keeps her cool even when I make her feel like a fool
Sometimes I wonder if all she did and does are true
But I am sure, you can't find such of her like two
I'll fight for you even if I'm left bruised 

My diva my lover
Thus so far we've come
Still I know I owe u in sum
But I can assure you, I'm never gonna leave you in the slum 
I'll wash you clean like a water laced with alum
Here we are going to be I'm seeking no asylum

My angel my queen
I may have got numbers but I bet you, you aren't on no queue
You've got my heart, my beats and such the rhythm of my blues
You always guide me with loving rules 
And always assures me of better tomorrow soon

This is all but for you
Your calmness, meekness, humility, gentleness, tenderness and respectfulness
This day is for you because you made it come
More days that we will live won't be without us
My money, time and sweat shall be for you
You're a goddess above a million other  gods
