Man I'm still standing & demanding though demand is drained
You can look in from outside see but not feel the pain
I’ve been through mad drills harsh anger & changed my face
quitting is Hell my friend stuck in an isolation place
Years went by years of my life can’t get back or replace
events experiences occasions no where to trace
I won’t be hiding away or gettin high everyday 
a different guy now eatin from different plates
learnt drugs consumption isn’t what you take
it’s the transformation the drugs you take will make
it's the reality they put you through you become consumed in 
it's not what you put inside you free it's drug grooming
become a source of income for a dealer who's no one
acting all matey until you're skint shows you're nothing
changing your circumstances they brand you a junkie
reputation & chances worsen behind your back joking
get a name disadvantage thirst for chemical jollies
walk towards fights in bandage no chance of a job &
forever needin the feelin never satisfied upgrade highs  
I didn’t touch needles luck that chite
just things you breathe in 
found pills & lines to be a soul freeing evening
but growing older you see cool as cold 
age groups mould but ages don’t uphold 
people look 50 when they're 35 
now reverse those numbers 
what do people look like 
no one looks 15 years older when 20 in life
need to put a stop on needing chemicals been mushed 
heart lungs & looks fail too can't keep up it sucks 
aches mental breaks look after yourself before crushed 
what once made you rush now needs to be rushed from 
youthful looks gone it’s disgusting left lusting
you need to act your age when it’s health & nutrition 
cut out drugs a situation to get rich on 
though without you itch with a twitch 
on & off craving strong 
& behaviour goes wrong 
but in time you’ll be fine & plush
 just put yourself through an uncomfortable adjust 
the I can't live without doing this
before I go to bed need Cannabis
it's the I want to escape the hell I'm in
but I cannot live without Heroin
living a life I cant maintain
cannot live without my Cocaine
it's the one thing keeping me in
I have to have my Ketamin
Give it up quick fully commit
by this I mean never give up
I quit weed it's never missed
4 20 I'd say when really stuck
you think you need hits that's just weak
unhooking drink or drugs takes a matter of weeks
cravings grow tough then peak after which to the life you seek
as for quitting I tell you this true
it's the best god damn buzz I ever knew
