Poem
He is amped up excited Very eager and ready No shaking this time His hands they are steady His next victims he's found Quickly and urgent So quick with his ok plan This time it felt perfect A need to get it done So he can feel the rush The euphoria high he gets Just the right amount of touch So again he will wait Until they both fall asleep He will enter their home In silently he creeps As he makes his way Inching in up the stairs The couple is sleeping Dream peacefully in there He cracks open the door Pokes his head in just right Takes a glance across the room They are sleeping inside Silently he steps in To the husbands side of the bed Pulls a rag of chloroform Covers his mouth amd his breath He's figured out his M.O. He kills the woman first Also nore slowly as well This satisfies his thirst No that the husband Won't definetly wake up He looks to the wife Laying with her eyes shut He decide at this point He'll sit on top of her And wrap hands around Her tiny neck firm He squeezes them tight She wakes in a panic She's fighting to breathe Her struggle is frantic He stares deviously evil Straight into her eyes Watching her strength face Chokes her last but of life He was cleaner this round No blood on a blade He decided to strangle The husband the same way Due to the chloroform He did not at all wake It was easy to choke Less energy needed to take The life from his body His eyes did not open No fight back was recieved His throat was now broken Now they are both dead He's full of adrenaline Thinking he can't stop now He must go kill again But something was wrong It felt a bit more off Than the first time he's killed This time it came with a cost A big fact he now realized This he might care Becuase to his surprise It was not a nightmare Written 3-12-19 This is the final poem to my NIGHTMARE series. I had a lot of fun creating this story. It was fun to let the dark side of the pen write. Stay tuned for my next series. This has inspired me to do a few short stories in poem form. One is already in the works......
