A NAME ABOVE ALL NAMES -- fv There is a Name above all names. His Name is Jesus. He is the only Begotten Son of God, born of the Virgin Mary, had a cousin named John the Baptist, and at the age of 30 began a three year ministry that cost Him His life. However, His Father had a different plan for Him. So He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand and made the world His footstool. The story of this Man has been written in a book called the Bible. This book gives a play by play account of the life of this Man called Jesus from birth to death by crucifixion, to His Resurrection, and His Second Coming. Prophesied 700 years before his birth took place and happened just as prophesied. Angels from the realms of glory announced His birth to a group of shepherds who hurried to the stable where He was born and after bearing witness to His birth they returned to their flocks praising God for what He had revealed to them and they broadcast the news to all people. He was baptized by His cousin, John, tempted in the wilderness by satan, healed the sick, gave sight to the blind, caused the lame to walk again, and raised people from the dead. These miracles are a part of the joy of all mankind if they believe that God exists, that Jesus is His Son and that all the recorded events are true to include life after death and eternity spent in Paradise then His Name should be heralded as the Name Above All Names and we who serve Him will be among those in Heaven for eternity. If not, the same satan who tempted Jesus will be cast into a lake of fire and his followers along with him. They too will spend eternity -- not in Paradise, but in a fiery hell set aside for them. So, this Man called Jesus means everything to me over all else on earth. He is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, and His Kingdom shall have no end. 12 March 2019 - For the contest sponsored by Kim Rodrigues
