The story of “hello” who used to patrol the streets of Britain. When I was a child, hello was the most feared thing on the streets. Hello was controlled by masters and when hello met you, he would always greet you with a smile and his legendary trademark opening gambit “hello hello, what’s going on here then” his motto was to serve and protect the people. Hello always walked down the streets and back alleys and stood over six foot tall. Hello was powerful and commanded respect from the people, if hello said sit, you sat and if hello said move, you moved. Hello was mistrusted by the common people and most kept their nose out of trouble and gave him a wide berth but they understood that hello had a part to play in their lives and keep good order. Over the years, times changed and hello changed with them, hello no longer walked the streets but was given transportation which meant that hello no longer stopped for a friendly word or to rebuke some one for a minor offence, hello just sped past the people and was seen less and less. The people who would once ask hello for friendly advice began to lose communication with hello and deep mistrust began to set in. Hello dwindled in numbers and soon he would change in physical appearance. Hello began to shrink and even change sex, the days of six foot masculine hello had gone. The elderly people who knew the old hello and held him in deep respect began to die and they were replaced by a younger angrier community, they had no time for hello and regarded him or her as authoritarian. The modern hello had lost his power and wisdom with the common people and taken sides with the army to protect and serve the establishment and state. Hello Hello, what’s going on here then.
