Paradox reigns in our world for all time Yin and yang; above and below – all are prime Look inside where all opposites exist. Are they incompatible from where you sit? Desiring and desireless are different, and yet I wonder Contemplate them for awhile, these mysteries down under. Desiring creates the manifestations we see. Desireless allows the universe to enable them to be. Do we have space inside for both light and dark? For dark is receptive and light creates the spark. Positive and negative create one of the biggest stirs. Love is positive and hate is negativity’s whir. Is this a perception created by humanity? Positive is good and woe to all negativity. Without the darkness, would we know the Light? Where would we find courage, if it were not for fright? Words point toward the truth; but the truth, they are not. Truth becomes known to us; an understanding on the spot. Words and labels limit creation to only what is known. The Nameless is the Great Source of the Universal Flow. Spend time with the mystery of the paradoxes of life. It is a key to moving beyond our created worldly strife. Observe through the day your thoughts as they are named. Notice where they fit within this paradoxical frame. We are heads, toes, kidneys, hearts and more. Mind and emotions also make up the store. Tangible and intangible and yet none of these Make up the life force that allows us to breathe. One side is not good, nor is one bad. Sometimes we’d rather be happy than sad. Other times, a good sad cry feels energizing Cleansing the cells by feeling what’s dying. Desire to understand your mind’s control over you. Take off the lid; it might be time to stir the stew. Become the observer of your thoughts today. Notice whether you can allow a negative in to play. Observe how you feel when a negative thought comes in. Do you fear that you’ll lose control of its positive spin? Can you quietly notice the thought and not speak it to another? Observe it’s there with gratitude; it’s out from undercover. Notice the feeling along for the ride, and take a deep breath. Breathing deeply into the body will lay the thought to rest. The mind cannot control you with its rigid, unbending perspective When you are breathing so deeply with a fluid directive. Breathing brings balance to the fury of the Wind. It finds the peaceful eye of the storm and returns your grin. Breathe in and breathe out; do it again and again Noticing who it is that observes your mental spin.
