Second Time Round

Malaysians as one welcomes back Dr M as no. 1....
For the ex strong man seems to have mellowed down...
Bitter political enemies he had once decried and derided....
Are now his comrades in arms against the BN government...
On May 9th polling day, people of all races spoke as one...
An overwhelming roar to change for his governance...
Many perceive the old man in him is sorely troubled...
Over how the common people have badly suffered...
From his autocratic ways and some misguided policies...
That have been exploited and hijacked by a powerful few....
Racial tensions and intolerance are manipulated...
To upkeep the BN government through the principle of divide and rule...
Intimidation and finger pointing are convenient tools....
To shift the blame and shortcomings at the the Bogeyman in the Chinese...
So now he is now given the mandate to undo the all the wrongs ...
That have blighted Bolehland's place under the democratic sun...
We all have high hopes things will be much better this 2nd time round....
From the ashes of our bungled racial harmony and bungled economy...
Long live Dr M, may our economy and democracy rebound immediately...
