Balijepalli Lakshmikantham or Lakshmikantha Kavi (Telugu : ) (23 December 1881 – 30 June 1953) actor, poet, screen writer, dramatist and freedom fighter. He is remembered for the masterpiece Harischandra (Satya Harischandriyamu) written in 1924, and for his works in Telugu cinema.
