Bâî was the pen name (Ottoman Turkish : mahlas ) of the Ottoman Turkish poet Mahmud Abdülbâkî () (1526 – 1600). Considered one of the greatest contributors to Turkish literature, Bâkî came to be known as Sultânüs-suarâ (), or " Sultan of poets".
