Adal Soomro was born on 15 August 1955 in the home of Mohammad Saleh Soomro. He is famous poet of Sindhi language. His birth name is Abdul Karim Soomro but in the world of poetry, he is famous with the name of Adal Soomro .He works in the Sindhi literature department of Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur, Sindh.
