Interesting Lance, but trillions are significantly more important than billions-----don't be mislead--hopefully after this highly infectious political season blogs will return to their more civil poetic usefulness.

Money meant more in the past. $1 used to be the equivalent to a lot more dollars nowadays....so billions back then, is the equivalent to trillions now. The numbers listed above are still pertinent. There is an obvious pattern in debt-growth and wot party was in office at the time of said growth. Either way, all politicians are crooks in one form or another.
