Hello and thank you for stopping by to check out my bio. I recently moved to Southern CA from beautiful Victor, CO-Population 450 Elevation 9696 and I'm lovin' CA. The weather is lovely and the people are divine for the most part.

My husband and I won a car on Let's Make a Deal. If you'd like to see our clip...here it is...

I have been married to my wonderful husband, KJ, for 13 years now. We have a great Siamese cat, Tiki (named after Tiki Barber-Retired Giants RB). And, yes, I love football-Go Broncos!!!

I decided to type out my “official” bucket list. Some of the items on the list are…

*Go skydiving
*Jog a mile without stopping
*Watch a live fight (boxing) in Vegas
*Perform a standup comedy act
*Go to Carnival in Rio de Janeiro
*Volunteer at a homeless shelter on Thanksgiving
*Memorize the symbols of all elements on the periodic *Pay for a random person's groceries
*Learn to belly dance
*Play one $500 hand of blackjack
*Come up with my own personal theme song
*Jump into a pool in an evening gown and stilettos

I joined poetry soup because I love poetry and I also had a goal (on my list) to win at least 3^rd place in a poetry contest. Thanks to Paula Swanson, I was able to cross that one off with a 1st Place win in her Yard Sale Contest. I decided that since the poetrysoup gang is so warmhearted, I wanted to hang out here for good :)

Mega Lotto-What would you do with $290 million?

Hi guys! Admittedly, I don't play the lotto. My whole family plays and I call them suckers. I'd rather take my chances on things like game shows and parlaying the hard six (only those lucky enough to know how to play craps will get it).

Anyway, I hooked up my neighbor's printer yesterday and she just dropped me off a lottery ticket for the Mega Jackpot that's at about $290 million. That was nice of her.

So, if I hit should I just give her the dollar back or shall I be nice and offer to pay for her printer?

Also, what would you do if you won $290 million. Let's be honest....I don't want to hear any "save the world" Miss Universe type answers.

OH and BTW...if I hit the $290 million, Bentleys for everyone!

Chris D.Aechtner Date: 3/23/2012 8:17:00 AM Natalie, I am not delusional enough to think that $290mil could save the world - unfortunately, that amount of money is just a drop in the bucket. I would share a big chunk with people(you could have some money without any DEE DEE or strings attached wotsoever), and invest a big chunk, just in case I blew the load with Mick-Dad....Hmmmm, I would do a lot of travelling again, and lose huge interest in logging onto the Soup lol. Then after a bit o' craziness, I would do lil' silly things like creating my own poetry website. No charges, PMs; completely free. Everyone would be on an equal basis as far as blogging, etc(and have those "radio" filter buttons, so people could choose to view/block adult poetry, because I am against the censorship of any art form - I couldn't care less about the excuses surrounding censorial action - for the most part, any administrative body is blatantly biased and hypocritical. I would have to keep this in mind for myself. Not having PMs, would make me less "interested" in serving the needs of paid members over others, in a hypocritical fashion). Probably, I would spread it out as far as possible among family as the federal govt puts taxes beyond belief on that amount. Our boys are allowed to advertise 290 million but take well over half of it back. In the meantime peoples losses total ove 600 million. Gotta love it. Login to Reply
