 If the artist is a phoenix, then I must burn to emerge. In this life, I find myself constantly changing, continously evolving... shedding skins. Adapting. I once read that displacement is the modern condition. I believe this. I'm always thinking, always remembering, challenging myself and even the contradictions that lie in my own beliefs. I'm interested in the human condition, survival, and the beauty of the The World. A good quote, a great book, and an intelligent person are always the rarest of gifts. I now challenge myself to build around my past (not forget it), work with my scars, look for the twenty-seven names for tears... all of this, and other birdcages, using WORDS.

You want my penitence, my contrition, my remorse? You don't care to listen to anything I have to tell you because you think I'm lying, I have no credibility. You want me to prove something to you that had NOTHING to do with you in the first place? Why don't you prove to me that I AM lying about something else. Since you've stated rather arrogantly that you KNOW I am. Until you can prove that I am lying abt other things, I suggest you learn the discrepanciesbetween PROOF and OPINION. And the next time you meet someone like me, be careful when you go to make a fool out of them in front of your friends. Sometimes the very swordyou pick up to cut down someone else is double-edged.
