Singing in the rain

Introducing my

Favorite poem of the week.

Beyond the distance
becomes the drops of mistle
beloved existence.

her verse and songs fly
where flowers blossom splendid
fiancée oaths reply.
.................

Her lone figure stands
she spreads her hands out to reach
the fields of far lands.

Conceived caress on hair
unending oceanic paths
her eyes upwards stare.
..................

On boat's seaward trail
pure mistle she loved amidst
mizzen and main sail.

I kiss her smile in rain
approaches in dusk conceived
spelling our refrain.
..................

  After our Dallas Cowboys did not touch the super bowl this year :-(
I was left with no love for the football teams that made it to the soup bowl this year.
Well after the game began, my friends ask what team I was going for... LOL
I had no idea... The bizarre thing is,
I' Love the Edgar Allan Poe ‘poem’
 "The Raven"... So,  I sat there and decided to cheer for the,


 .Baltimore Ravens.

The Baltimore Ravens Super Bowl XLVII Champions

Myth: The Super Bowl is watched by over a billion people every year.

History in the making.....
 I suppose all the New Orleans folks out there are happy...

I hope I was not the only female here on the soup,

Cheering and enjoying the football game with my friends and family!

    Also a Poe fan. The Raven is simply the best poem ever written in my opinion. As for the game, I was able to watch the super bowl early Monday morning live here in Australia. I was cheering for SF...boooo Baltimore boooo.

    I watched the big game with my boyfriend who is a 49ers fan.And I laughed cos he was getting SO MAD!! I really didn't care who won I was just enjoying all the funny commercials and of course the three kinds of wings I had made!So there ya have it...

    I don't watch football..but had a play by play read going on from friends who do on facebook. I now know everything that happened and all about the commercials without having to watch lol
