about falling asleep -
woke up in yet another one.
A near-seamless string of dreams within dreams.
As I become older,
I still retain the eternal heart of a 6 year old child.
Sort of like Peter Pan....
and I will always take my chances with Captain Hook.

Random Thoughts: The New PM PNG/.gif thingamajiggers

I too will occasionally pass the time thinking about inane, mindless things,
just as you do, so we truly do have things in common.
Last week I noticed the new Premium Member PNG images
that are placed beside our avatars:
For some odd reason, seeing the PM.png made me chuckle loudly;
not only because it is almost as large as the avatars,
but because it reminds me of a trophy that my daughter wins
in one of her Nintendo DS videogames.
Yeah, it is a Nintendo game, something to do with building a zoo,
and after completing certain tasks, one can win a trophy star
that looks very similar to the new PM.pngs.
I know, because my daughter shows me when she has won a new star,
so I have implemented a gold-star sticker system,
putting a new gold-star sticker on the calender,
after we have completed a homework assignment together....
....this way I can keep up with the 'coolness' of Nintendo,
when it comes to doing homework.
Incidentally, the Lifetime Premium Membership.png,
resembles a trophy that one can win in one of the Nintendo DS
Pokemon series videogames:
The posted poem page is resembling a Nintendo DS Facebook fanclub lol.
I suppose this is simply a sign of the times.
To me, it looks comical seeing these gaudy PM.pngs on my poem page,
coupled with advertiesments for PMS medicine, other feminine products,
and, "55 year-old reveals 5 min wrinkle remedy -- doctors don't want you to know!"
