Introduction Hello everyone,
My name is Janet. I work for a major retailer, and I am working on an associates degree in retail management. I much prefer writing, but I also need to work for a living until I am published. My ultimate dream is to be a writer.
I am also going to be recertified as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). I held my original certification for ten years before surgery made it impossible to actively run calls. I do plan to work in an advisory position and maybe work with transports only.
I grew up on a farm in Southcentral Pennsylvania and still live in the country. I am divorced from my second husband, and have no children of my own, but am very close to my nieces and nephews. I also have a ****-Zhu named Harry. My boyfriend, Georgie, and I are co-owners of about twentyfresh water fish, icluding a frog.
So, this is a little about me. I am glad to be here and whish everyone the best with all that they do.
Janet

Love story romance Denise,
This is a lovely poem! You do need to correct the word since to sense. It is a poem from your heart which is something very hard to share with others and especially with the one you feel this way about.
Never fear speaking from your heart because that is wheretruth lives.
Good luck,
Janet

Pitter Patter Pitter Patter
Pitter, patter, pitter, patter
The heavy drops fall
Hitting the tin roof
My eyes are becoming heavy
As I curl under the blanket
Pitter, Patter, pitter, patter
I yawn and stretch
Like the fat cat
Settling in for a nap
My thoughts begin to drift
Across the vast ocean of my mind
Thoughts of the flowers
Stretching their roots
Wriggling worms
Spreading nutrients through the soil
Feeding the flowers, grass and trees
Pitter, patter, pitter, patter
The rain sounds off a soft cadence on the tin roof
Creating a beat
Pitter, patter, pitter, patter
I drift off to sleep with the sound of the rain hitting the tin roof
Pitter, patter, pitter, patter
Softly sings the rain on the tin roof
Pitter, patter, pitter, patter
