The Tear Drop Man

Written by: Kyle kriticos

Spare a pittance for the Tear Drop Man
Who's hat is out so he
Can tie his arm and shoot a bit
And dream the sweetest dreams

A sandwich curbs his appetite
But a dollar would do more
All those traumatic memories
Would fade if he could score

Spare a pittance for the Tear Drop Man
Who's father rests in peace
The Tear Drop Man wouldn't idly watch
His mother get the beats

A needle and a puddle
And a drop too much in him
A memory of his grandmas hand
That used to raise his chin

Spare a pittance for the Tear Drop Man
A flower where he lies
To cover up his terror
And the single tear he cried
